Boody

A bespoke strata tenancy fitout complete with exposed ceiling ductwork and bamboo flooring. The tenancy features 50/50 glass and Gyprock partitions throughout, a raised boardroom 3 offices.

Shore Financial

A financial services fitout with the focus on programme to ensure not a single day was lost to Shore Financial staff. The project consisted an existing office expansion into neighboring tenancy. The tenancy was stripped, new ceiling and partitions erected, board room and foyer upgrades. This work was completed all after hours.

Design and style advice with a feature wall and some clever lighting options to turn a test fit into a leased premises.

Katoomba Golf Club

Katoomba golf club community development consists of an 84 lot master plan being rolled out over the next 3 years and will support the local golf club whilst providing affordable accommodation to sub retirees.

Walloon Subdivision

The Walloon subdivision is a 1500 lot masterplan located in the ipswitch growth corridor in QLD. The infrastructure heading south from Brisbane is complete comprising of an 8 lane freeway enabling this zone to begin rolling out sites. The projected roll out is estimated to start in 12 months and is currently in the planning phase. Marketing for this development is yet to commence.
