Key Projects
15 Ocean Street, Mollymook
Situated in Mollymook, an established coastal town approximately 255km south of Sydney, the 5ha site has approval for 59 tourist villas.
These temporary tourist villas have direct access onto the Mollymook Golf Club and down to the beach. This unique access allows residents to utilize the onsite facilities, golf course & club or the beach without ever getting into a car.
Mollymook has many restaurants, however most notable is Bannisters which has been operating for over 8 years under Rick Stein.
Avalon Estate – Raceview, Ipswich
This 400 lot master planned community was successfully completed in 2007. The site is located in close proximity to two significant regional employment centers, Ipswich CBD and the Amberley RAAF Base.
Old Coach Estate, Coomera
This 27 lot subdivision was completed in 2006 and featured an average lot size of 600m².
